CHEF SHOWCASE
WEDNESDAY 31 MAY 2023, 7PM
We are introducing our second chef dinner this year and this will be prepared by Sous Chef, Mike McWilliams.
The menu he will be showcasing will be a 7-course menu showing off the skills and knowledge that he has honed over the last 15 years to make him the chef he is today, being traditional with his flavours but playing with his style of cooking, leading to a memorable occasion for everyone involved.
