The Windsor family has been running this fruit farm since 1950. One of the most northerly commercial growers of apples in the UK. The farm offers more than 15 favourite varieties, which you can pick yourself from the orchards.
Visit in high summer and you can also pick fresh strawberries and raspberries straight from the field. Other fruit and vegetables grown on the farm are available to buy in the shop, alongside local honey, yoghurt and eggs. Try the fruit cordials or a drop of home-pressed apple juice.
The C82 Chester - Northwich bus currently stops at The Farmers Arms pub from where it is a mile and a half walk to Willington Fruit Farm.
At Kelsall traffic lights turn off the A54 in to Kelsall village. At the Farmers Arms pub turn left into Waste Lane. Folllow Waste Lane to the far end and turn right. We are half a mile down the hill on the right hand side.
