Contemporary and traditional tastes are catered for at this pretty Grade II Listed country inn, which has been serving up flavours of the region since 1999, using locally-sourced fare.
Take the ploughman's, for example, it features a favourite local pork pie from Goostrey's Bakery in Mobberley - this is a cut above pub grub.
And you can wash it all down with a special selection of drinks; a pint of one of the featured real ales, or a glass of fine wine chosen from an extending list, spanning old and new world vineyards.
Located on the B5058 road from Knutsford to Alderley Edge. The Roebuck is located on the Mill Lane. There is a brown tourist sign on the main road.
