Lucky little Lymm is home to one of the rising stars of British cookery, Aiden Byrne, a face becoming more familiar to us from television appearances on Masterchef and Great British Menu. His impressive resume includes time as head chef at The Grill at The Dorchester - at just 22 he picked up a Michelin star, the youngest cheft ever to do so.

Here at The Church Green, Aiden focuses on locally sourced seasonal food. He aims to serve 'simpler' fare than offered at The Dorchester, but the menu is no less exciting.
