Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor is a gourmet restaurant with a much-coveted Michelin star. It has recently retained its coveted Michelin star for the 19th year running, making it one of only five restaurants in England that have held a star for 19 consecutive years, and recently awarded 4 AA Rosettes, making the restaurant one of only 24 in the country to recieve this accolade.
Its cellar is one of the most extensive in England, with over 600 bins from all over the world and the Library Bar is well stocked with interesting malts, vintage ports and a wide range of liqueurs.
Dress code - jackets required, no denim or trainers.
Only 5 minutes walk from Chester Town Hall; 15 minutes walk from Chester Railway Station.
Follow signs for the city centre - advise traffic barrier that you have reservations at the hotel, follow the road with Cathedral on your left (St Werburgh Street) turn left the hotel is on the right hand side.
