Here in the 1851 Restaurant, head chef Steve Ramsden provides a gourmet menu using top quality local produce. Venison is sourced from Beeston Castle, less than a mile away, potatoes and dairy produce from Teuthill Farm in Frodsham, while pigeon, pheasant and rabbit is caught in Peckforton's own grounds.
