If you fancy something refreshing, Backford Belles Jersey Ice Cream Farm is a must. It's run by mother and daughter, Mary and Ruth Littler, and the milk for the ice cream comes from the family's Jersey cows. There are over 10 flavours available including sticky toffee fudge and cappuccino. Or why not try one of their sorbets which are made using home grown or locally produced fruit when in season. They also serve tea, coffee, cold drinks and selection of delicious homemade cakes. Open 7 days a week, it's a perfect treat for all the family.
