Traditional, seasonal dishes are on the menu at The Lord Clyde, now under the stewardship of chef, Gareth Davis. Having worked at some of the county's top restaurants, Gareth took over this country pub in August 2008, and he intends to continue adding to the long list of awards he has already won by providing 'consistently-excellent food and customer service'.
Locally-sourced produce is a mainstay here, with favourite producers including Richard Barrow for beef and Marc Beeley for bread.
