The Tempus Restaurant at Cranage Hall in Byley Lane offers guests an array of English and international specialities served in an elegant manor house ambience. They can choose from dishes like steak and ale pie, beer battered cod with chips, fillet of Scotch beef with pepper sauce, slow cooked lamb shank with seasonal vegetables and mint sauce, chicken liver parfait, crispy duck rolls with sweet chilli and vegetable moussaka.
