This small luxury hotel run by Philip and Janice Martin is set in one of Chester’s lovely Victorian townhouses. At its heart is a smart restaurant with interiors inspired by Italy. Seasonal fare is key to the top-quality dishes on the menu, with flour from Walk Mill in Waverton just one example of produce sourced in the area. Or try a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from the Worthenbury Vineyard, made from grapes grown just across the Welsh border in Denbighshire.
