Founded by Arthur Kilpin Bulley a Liverpool cotton merchant, the gardens were gifted to the University of Liverpool in 1948. Today, Ness is a renowned award-winning tourist attraction and a Cheshire Garden of Distinction. After admiring the gardens, take a break in the multi-award winning Roses Tea Rooms serving locally sourced, home-cooked meals as well as their
