Press Release
YOUTH MARKET is a new creative market being set up to attract young people back into one of the oldest forms of commerce!
Here at YOUTH MARKET we believe that there is a generation gap at markets up and down the country. You could say that over the years they have become unfashionable with young people. You only have to take a good look at the local markets here in Crewe & Nantwich to see that not many young people attend them (unless they're with Gran). This may be because there are NO young people selling at them! We at YOUTH MARKET want to change this! Surely there are hardworking young people out there who have creative talents and innovative ideas but have absolutely no where to showcase them?
The YOUTH MARKET gives young people a business opportunity without the pressure of huge overheads, staff wages and long term commitments that would be found on the high street. So if you are a prospective baker looking to sell your cakes or an artist with nowhere to sell your work, or even just someone with an innovative idea; contact YOUTH MARKET's organiser Steve Minshull for more information (contact details below or find us on Facebook)
The first YOUTH MARKET will be held at Minshull's Garden Centre near Crewe on the 24th of March 2012 and will be moving around to other locations including Nantwich Market and Nantwich Civic Hall. F.Y.: The second Youth Market has been confirmed at Nantwich Civic Hall on Saturday the 14th of April.
