A team from The Hollies Farm Shop in Little Budworth competed in a charity pancake race in aid of St Luke's Hospice. The event held at The Lord Binning Pub & Restaurant in Kelsall was organised to raise funds for the Winsford Hospice.
Also running were teams from The Lord Binning itself, Nunsmere Hall Hotel, and This Lady Loves with Nunsmere being the first past the post.
Matt Bowen from The Hollies said, "It's been a great way to celebrate Shrove Tuesday and we're glad we could get involved in raising money for St Luke's. We consider ourselves part of the community so when we get the chance to do something like this we're only to happy to be involved.
It's hoped the race will become an annual event.
