Carden Park Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa
HotelOur food philosophy at Carden Park is succinct in that we procure the very, very best local and seasonal ingredients and prepare and serve them to perfection. Our head chef, Robert Price is passionate about using local produce and sources the vast majority of our foods within 50 miles of the hotel. Our team scour the local markets and we support our local suppliers religiously as we believe we have some of the best produce in the world on our doorstep.
Redmond’s Restaurant has quickly become one of THE destination restaurants in Englands Northwest. Indeed our food provenance ambitions and food quality have received excellent reviews in recent months. From Cheshire Life to The Guardian to the local Northwest Press Carden Park, The Sustainable Business Tourism Award Winner for Cheshire 2008/09 is putting great, locally procured food on the table and on map and delivering classic and novel dishes in fantastic surroundings to a great standard.
We have also been selected to represent the shire in The Cheshire Food Trail which is an outstanding accolade and gives real credibility to the hard work that goes in utilising local suppliers and then delivering great food that the local economy is helping us with. We also have the unique advantage of having our own Vineyard on the estate so come and try our wine as well!
Along with Redmond’s Restaurant we have The Brasserie at Carden Park and in our Clubhouse we have Jacks Bar. Both serve great food to the same excellent standards using locally procured ingredients but in a little less formal, but just as impressive, surroundings. From morning coffee to light snacks and full on three course meals the Brasserie is THE place if you want great food in a relaxed atmosphere cooked and served to our usual excellent standards. If it’s the ultimate Golf-dining experience then Jacks Bar is THE place to go either before, during or after you have played your game on either of our great golf courses.
This is the life this is hospitality at Carden Park!
